A multi‑race festival on Cape Cod featuring a marathon, half marathon, 5K, relay, lobster‑challenge options and a kids’ fun run, showcasing scenic coastal routes and ocean views.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course aid includes water and Gatorade stations, hot clam chowder and soup (vegan, gluten‑free, dairy‑free options), apple cider donuts, and lobster‑roll kits at select stops.
Pacer
Pacemaker / Pacer targets are defined per start wave on race day at the event (see "Race Start Times & Location"). Use the official event pace plan to stay on target; early waves set the course pace while later waves should maintain their assigned intervals. Respect cutoffs—courtesy vehicle enforces pace, and marshals may direct slower runners.

FAQ
When and where do I pick up my race materials?
Number pick-up at Mullen Hall School Gym, 130 Katharine Lee Bates Rd., Falmouth; Friday Oct 9 (3–7pm), Saturday Oct 10 (6:30am–7:45am). No race-day parking at the school.
Can I register for individual legs of the relay?
Relay teams are created by the Team Captain who pays for the entire team. Team members join via ‘JOIN EXISTING TEAM.’ Minimum age is 6; each runner must complete at least one leg.
What is the policy on refunds and deferrals?
Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason. See the event website’s Refund and Deferral Policies tab for deferral options and conditions.
Are strollers or dogs allowed?
No — strollers and dogs are not permitted on any race courses.
What is included in the entry fee?
Varies by race; generally includes a long‑sleeve shirt (guaranteed by Aug 1), a customized bib, secure bag drop, course food/drink, and (where applicable) a commemorative medal.
