Über die Veranstaltung
An adventure through the San Diego mountains, featuring a 100 kilometer race through Cuyamaca Rancho and Anza Borrego Desert State Parks with three distinct loops starting and ending at Camp Cuyamaca.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Aid stations offer a minimum of: water, Tailwind Nutrition Sport Drink, Huma Gels, fruit (bananas), salty foods/chips, sweets (cookies, candy, etc), and ice. Later aid stations serve hot food and broth.
Pacer
Pacemakers will be provided for the 100k. Target times per Startwave are published on the "Renntag for Laufende" page. Pacers carry flags to help runners maintain their intended pace. Refer to the event site for pacer group times and registration notes.
