A rugged 30K mountain trail race through the Catskill High Peaks, featuring nearly 5,000 ft of elevation change, no road crossings, and extreme terrain that demands self-sufficiency and experience.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course aid stations provide limited water, Tailwind electrolyte drink, snacks, and menstrual products; all aid is hiked in by volunteers.
Pacer
Wave start system: approximately 15 runners every 5 minutes. Refer to registered participant wave assignments for exact pacer times and Paceline flag locations on race day.
