A unique waterside trail run through the landscapes of Berlin and Brandenburg along canals, rivers and lakes — five stages from Potsdam to Spandau and back, honoring the memory of running friend Heidi.

On-course aid stations with drinks and snacks (not pacemaker service). Details in the participant information pack.
Pacer
Pacemaker groups are offered on every stage: early start (6:30/6:00/5:30), casual runners (8:00/7:00/7:00), and fast runners (9:00/8:00/8:00) per stage — see schedule on the event page. Pacers are indicated by flags and volunteers at aid stations will manage pack pacing; no cut-off enforcement.

FAQ
What is the difference between Ultra and Marathon?
Ultramarathon: You run the complete stages (61.8 km to 68.3 km) from start to finish.Marathon: You run the last approx. 42.2 km of each stage to the shared finish. You will be taken to your start point – departure times will be announced.
Are there cut-off times?
No! There are no cut-off times – no matter how slow, everyone is ranked. However, our volunteers at the aid stations will begin packing up at a point corresponding to roughly 12 min/km pace.
Can I run individual stages?
Ja! Single Stagesstarts sind auf jeder Strecke möglich (max. 3 Etappen). Der Preis pro Etappe beträgt 55,00 € für Ultra oder Marathon. Anmeldung ist bis 1 Stunde vor der jeweiligen Etappe möglich.
What is included in the entry fee?
Lovingly packed starter bag, detailed briefing, route as .gpx track, finisher shirt, online certificate, daily drop bag station (at aid station 3), engraved medal and a special keepsake for all 5 stages.
What about accommodation and meals?
You can book the full package with 5 nights, 5 breakfasts and 6 dinners (single: €1,245 / double: €945). Or book running only without accommodation (€365) and arrange your own lodging.
Was ist das "Weekend Special="?
A new competition! Run only the first two stages (Sat. + Sun.) – a total of 128.4 km (Ultra) or 2x Marathon. Price: €139 including shirt, trophy and separate ranking. Perfect for a weekend!
How does the awards ceremony work?
We skip the classic "fastest wins=" format. Instead there are three competition modes: most consistent average pace, speed round (stage 5) and fastest time on stage 2. Every finisher is celebrated!
