What safety equipment is mandatory for all participants?
Mandatory gear includes a survival blanket, phone, race number with emergency contact chip, 0.75 L water reserve, headlamp with fresh batteries for long-distance options, survival blanket, windbreaker, long collant/synergy plus long socks, cap/buff, gloves, and eco cup/plate. Additional mandatory equipment may be required based on weather or course conditions.
What are the time windows for each course?
Key cut-off times: Astragale at 8h30 (km10), 9h45 (km16.5), 12h25 (km29.3), 15h35 (km47 detour); Marathon at 11h20 (km11.4), 12h40 (km17.8); Adonis at 12h55 (km11.4); Rock’Angel at 17h30; specific start times vary by distance.

Where can I pick up my race materials?
Dossard collection is held at the Salle des Fêtes in Roquefort: Friday 4Dec15:00–20:00, Saturday 5Dec09:00–20:00, Sunday 6Dec07:00–09:15 (about 7–10 minutes’ walk to the start).
What is the no-dog policy and route access rules?
Dogs are not allowed on the courses. For safety and security, some roads are closed to cars during the event (e.g., to Labastide-Pradines for Adonis/Orchis); use official aid stations and respect detours.
