The Louisiana State Troopers Association represents approximately 97% of commissioned officers and a substantial portion of State Police Retirees, advocating for improved pay, benefits, and public service across Louisiana.

Pacer
The Louisiana State Troopers Association presents event pacing groups led by state troopers for select distance categories. Pacers publish target times per start wave and carry pacer flags; registered runners may choose a pacer group at check-in. Support, etiquette, and route guidance are provided by troopers on course.
