Verpflegung & Versorgung

One aid station at the bottom of the course provides hot food and drinks throughout the event; indoor tables and bathrooms are available at the Ascutney Outdoors Center.

Pacer

Pacers will be provided on the hour each hour during the event, per Startwelle guidance displayed at the registration/info tent. Pacers carry a visible pacer flag and will run steady conversational-pace laps; runners may choose to follow a pacer or run independently. Pacers help with course navigation, aid station timing, and keeping laps on schedule for the continuous hour-based format.
