Über die Veranstaltung

An annual sprint-distance triathlon and duathlon held in East Grand Rapids, with a 750m swim in Reeds Lake, a 20K bike loop, and a 5K run through local neighborhoods. Includes free open-water swim clinics and supports the PerryStrong scholarship.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

On-course aid stations provide water and Gatorade at three points along the run course and in the transition area.

Pacer

Pacer groups will be available for triathlon with target times per start wave indicated on the race-day schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacer flags will be used during the bike segment to maintain proper spacing; drafting must be avoided unless passing within 15 seconds and athletes must move to the right, exiting the draft zone from the rear after being overtaken.
