Run The River is part of River Days at the Tridge in Midland — an evening run, hot air balloons, live music, food vendors, and a family-friendly festival atmosphere. The event includes 5K Run, 5K Walk, and 1 Mile Run options on the Chippewa Trail.

Hot food and drinks available for purchase from vendors along the course and at the finish near the Tridge.

Pacer

Pacemakers will be available on the 5K and 1 Mile runs with target times aligned to start waves shown on the Race Day schedule (6:40PM 1 Mile, 7:05PM 5K Male Wave, 7:10PM 5K Female Wave). Pacers display identifying flags and are positioned at key intervals to help runners maintain target pacing.
