We have members of all athletic abilities – those who enjoy a walk in the park enjoying the sights, covering 3 miles and great conversation. Whether you’re a new jogger, a weekend runner or seasoned marathoner, we’ll pair you up with someone to show you the way. We run and walk, rain or shine. Good thing we get great weather most days. Be sure to have comfortable shoes and suitable clothing. No fancy outfits required. Just rainbow tutus when we do our Pride 5K!
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Water available at the start, halfway point, and finish. Portable restrooms at the staging area. No in-kind or on-course meal service provided.
Pacer
Pacers will be present with pacer flags at designated start waves shown on the event schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Refer to the start corral times and pacer配速 targets published on race day for accurate pacing.
