Über die Veranstaltung
The Sollingquerung is a renowned ultratrail through the Solling forest, held in the scenic Weser Uplands. The event features the 48 km SQ Ultralauf with demanding forest trails, ample aid stations, and a festive finish with food and warm showers.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Aid stations along the course provide Läufervollverpflegung. There is a warm meal and a warm shower at the finish.

Pacemakers are announced on the race day start plan (Renntag). Follow the target times per start wave on the official start plan.
