A multi-discipline camp featuring fully supported swim, bike, and run sessions in and around Lake Murray, Oklahoma. Includes group workouts, skills clinics, and evening lectures led by coaches Gerald and Rachel Jackson.
Pacer
Pacemaker sessions are held on the bike and run courses. Target times are set per start wave displayed in the ‘Renntag for runners’ schedule. Pacers display flags to help runners maintain goal pace; registration includes details and the full agenda.
