Über die Veranstaltung

TORC (TRI-OKC Riversport Challenge) is the only multi-sport event in downtown OKC. Experience a course as unique as Oklahoma City; swim in the clear water of the Riversport Whitewater Facility, ride through historic downtown Oklahoma City, and run along the Oklahoma River on the MAPS River Trail. This is a spectator-friendly venue.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Pre-race packet pickup includes race-day fueling options; on-course aid stations provide food and drink along the bike and run courses.

Pacer

Racing will be divided into start waves: Duathlon (7:25 am), Sprint Triathlon and Aquabike (7:30 am), Adventure Triathlon (7:45 am). All athletes will complete three laps on the bike course through downtown OKC and one out-and-back run along the Oklahoma River; swim courses vary by discipline (pool for sprint/adventure/aquabike, on-water kayak/paddleboard for Adventure). Pace groups will be formed and flagged targets provided per wave.

FAQ

Are wetsuits allowed?

Water temperature at Riversport was 86°F as of 7/22/2024; wetsuits are likely forbidden. The official call is made race morning by the Race Director.

Do I need a USAT membership?

Saturday’s event is a USAT Sanctioned Event. If you do not have a valid USAT #, you must purchase a one-day USAT Membership during registration. Sunday events are not USAT-sanctioned.

When is packet pickup?

Packet pickup is Friday, September 11, 2026, 4:30pm–8:00pm at Riversport. No race-day packet pickup unless approved in advance by the Race Director.

What disciplines are offered?

Sprint Triathlon, Adventure Triathlon, Aquabike, and Duathlon. Each has the same distances: swim 500yd (or kayak/paddleboard for Adventure), bike 3 laps (~44mi) through downtown OKC, run 1 out-and-back (~5k) along the Oklahoma River.
