FAQ
When and where do I check in and pick up my packet?
Check-in opens at 6:00 AM at the ranch; packet pickup closes at 7:15 AM. Bring a photo ID and proof of age if picking up for another runner. Packet must be picked up in person.
What is the course like?
100% unpaved trail — gravel and single track — marked with orange ribbons, flags, and spray paint. Expect creek crossings, rocks, roots, and mud; aid stations provide water and sustenance.
Is there parking?
Parking is very limited at the ranch; carpooling is strongly encouraged.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are not allowed on the course; please leave them at home or in your vehicle.
Can I drop or get a refund?
Refund requests must be received by August 16, 2025. No refunds after that date; credits for future events are considered at discretion.
What if the weather is bad?
The race will go rain or shine. Aid stations will be open; avoid loose rocks and creek banks in muddy conditions.
Is this wheelchair accessible?
The course is not wheelchair accessible due to rugged, unpaved terrain.
Are there age restrictions?
No age restrictions, but minors must be accompanied by an adult; signed waivers required.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, weather-appropriate layers, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottles or hydration pack, trail shoes, and optional trekking poles.
Is there support at the finish?
Yes — food, music, and celebration await at the finish at the historic Eatons’ Ranch.
