What is the refund policy

How do I defer or change my race registration?

Is the full marathon distance available?
The full marathon distance will no longer be offered at the 2026 Phoenix 10K & Half Marathon. While 2025 was the final year of the full marathon, we’re incredibly proud of the role it played in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Phoenix 10K. This decision was not made lightly, but we are committed to ensuring the event remains a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants.
How do I change my shirt size?
Exchanges can be made from the available inventory at the Results tent on race day.
Are baby strollers allowed?
Yes, but strollers are asked to line up at the back of the field.
Are the courses USTAF certified?
Yes, the 10K and Half Marathon courses are USATF certified.
How are the t-shirts sized?
The shirt are women’s and unisex sizing, XS – XXL
Are there Pace leaders for the Half Marathon?
Join one of our half marathon pace groups and make some friends while running your goal time of 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45 and 3:00. Pacers are provided by Sol Sports.
Can someone else pick up my packet at early pick-up?
Participants may pick up on behalf of their friends/family by presenting a copy of the participant’s photo ID and a screen shot of their participant’s QR code from the Life Time App. A digital photo on a cell phone will suffice.
Will results be posted online after the race?
Yes, they will be posted on the website within 24 hours.
I can’t find my race results online; who do I contact?
Go to the contact us button and email us your name, email and bib number.
Should bib numbers be worn on front or back?
Bibs should be worn on the front and be fully visible.
What happens if it rains?
The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of dangerous conditions, the event start times will be delayed.
I'm pre-registered but no longer available to run in the event due to illness or circumstances beyond my control. What happens?
You may defer your entry and receive a guaranteed spot into the following year’s race. Entry fees will not be refunded. How can I confirm my race entry?
Your booking reference can be found in your confirmation email or on your Let’s Do This profile. If you’re having trouble, email us at PHX10K@LTevents.zendesk.com
Is there a gear drop available to check bags?
Yes, you can check a bag at gear check on race morning.
Will participant photos be available following the event?
Yes, photos will automaticcally populate with your race results search under name or bib number online.
Where is race day packet pick-up and registration located?
Look for the registration signs near Macy’s off 24th street, North of Camelback.
Where are the START/FINISH lines?
Start Line: West side of 24th Street, 200 yards North of Camelback RoadFinish Line: East side of 24th Street by Macy’s, 400 yards North of Camelback Road
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms will be on the west side of 24th St, north of Camelback Rd.
How do I change races on race day?
Go to the “Solutions” table located at registration.
Where do I pick up an award I won?
Awards can be picked up at the “Awards Tent” after results have been posted. If you do not pick up award medal on race day, it will be available for pick up at runner’s den after November 15th.
What time do the courses close?
The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon courses all close at 12:30pm
